Paypal works Fine but Layout is missing an image!!

Hi,
I know its about paypal but its not about configuration !! it takes payments fine!!!

its when an item is purchased, the page 'http://www.sitename.co.uk/cgi-bin/os000001.pl' loads but the main image at the top is missing!!!
All other images are displaying fine,the missing image is referenced correctly (check the source)as it is coming from the same locale of all other images!

indeed you were right...i had put a '/' before the image in my layout!
