Help Adding Aditional Images to Products

Hello, This is my first post,
I must say there is a great contribution of information and turorials on this forum, and have found the answer to most of my questions...
I am completely baffled in how to do this, i am move visual so i will post a picture of what i mean.

Basically i am trying to accomplish what was discussed in this post...

i managed to to all the lightbox stuff,

but i dont know how to get the aditional images there...

what i would need is a step by step, dummys guide to doing this i tried my best,but i cant seem to see where to insert the code for the pictures,

post number 6, i would like to do also,but dont understand to the sligtest bit where to start of finish,
