Shipping Flexibility

Hello,

I would like to know how flexible the shipping functions are with Actinic. We would like to offer free delivery to the Mainland UK & not to islands like Jersey. Is this possible.

Also, I'd like to set a different delivery rate for each European Country, is that possible too?

It's extremely flexible Sam, i am yet to meet a scenario which cannot be catered for and there are far more complicated ones than yours. Have a good read through the inbuilt help, it's a big area to master. Remember though that most of the time, you are relying on a user to select the right choice, if they do not live in Mainland UK, but select that they do, then it will never be right.

It can be done, you need to create different zones for the islands, the problem is people select the wrong zone but as lee said they are possible
