Login Page not working

Just like to thank you for your previous help, I'd like some more now...

The login page on the website, seems to have stopped working after i changed the layout (added some HTML to neaten it up. However its actually stopped working now. When logging in it always says wrong user name and password. Have i of removed some of the scripting? Is there a default layout i can replace it with to make it work again?

You can revert it back to factory settings in the design|library by locating it, right clicking and selecting to do so.
