May be worth looking at top level section and then 1 level of child beneath. Clicking into "homes and gardens" then becomes a little confusing as there is no way to differentiate the level (you use the same bullet image for all levels) .. I think Homes & Gardens > Care Products should be enough for the LH navigation and then when clicking into Care Products you get the further specific options in the central area.

Just a thought.

I thought exactly the same when i saw it, it looks a mess and confusing expanding it all, if you are providing a customer has to expand menu, then do so at all levels IMO. Or at least change the graphic like Jonty says.
