Having Two Other Info Prompts

I have added the 'Having Two Other Info Prompts' from the version 9 AUG, just wondering before I attempt and fail miserably - has anyone managed to do this for the product page yet?

It only works on product pages and should work fine. Norman at drill pine has a plug-in which allows more fields to be added as well as making optional and other goodies - well worth checking out as worth its weight in gold IMO.
