Showing full size images on extended information page

Hi, I am a complete novice with this actinic software so if this is a really stupid question I apologise. Basically i wish to use the thumbnails on the main product page then when the extended information page is clicked i wish to view the full size image on there. Nothing I try seems to work. Hope this all makes sense, many thanks.

On the Extended Information tab you can select the image you want displayed on the extended page.

If you want to show the thumbnail on the product then on the General tab slect the thumbnail image in the Image box. (not thumbnail image box)

Hi, thanks for the response. I tried that and it works fine on the test site I have, but on my proper site the image on the extended information page appears to get over-ridden by the image in the general informarion page. I have taken over working on the site from someone else. Do you think he could have changed anything to over-ride the image in the general information page? Thanks.

it's possible that, in your extended info layout, someone has replaced the Standard Extended Information Image layout with the ProductImageLayout one?

try reverting your ext info layout to factory layout in the library
