We are running 8.5 and for some reason when we started to make changes to our site from a previous site our images don't show. I was instructed to make a copy of my images folder and place a copy in "DesignPreviewHTML" and also a copy in "PreviewHTML" folders. Even after doing this our images still do not show.... I am confused as to why it is not working? Can anyone help?

You should not need to place copies in the subfolders for standard product / section images etc. If this has been working before it rules out file format errors so sounds like a layout issue.... have you tried resetting the image template back to factory default in the library? -
Well, the basic images are showing such as the header, buttons and such -- it's the product images that are not showing at all -- any suggestions? And thank you for your help!AliciaComment

they are stored in the site folder -- but there's also an images folder that i've placed a few of the product images in to see if they would show with no luck.AliciaComment

Are you seeing a place holder for the images when previewing (an outline with a red cross in the corner)?
Switch to design tab, click on the product in the preview window and look for the image layout to see if it is there. I assume you did as my previous post and reset the layouts back to factory?Comment

I gave up and just reloaded a previous back up and the pictures showed up....I do appreciate your help though!AliciaComment
