Home Page new products list missing

hi,

i've lost the home page new products list from the design tree.
how do i go about getting this back?

i have the following O.K :

standard brochure page bulk
standard brochur fragment list
home page best sellers list
...................................... < missing is the home page new products list.

are you saying the code is not in the layout, in which case put it back by reverting to factory default or adding it back manually

if it is in the layout and not showing then look under site options and select the layout you want
