How do I change the width of my whole website

Firstly I have looked around for the answer to my questions but haven't been able to find anything....more due to getting confused by all the information available.

I want to change the width of the website so it looks more like this example
http://www.nameclothing.co.uk/
rather than the site filling the screen.

I am using actinic catalogue v8.5 (I think)

Can anyone help me at all please?

No it's not live sorry
I am just at the beginning of trying to sort my website out

Then in that case the help you can get is limited.

My suggested route, would be to enclose the entire site in a div, and limit the divs width via css. Make sure your enclosing contents are set to 100%
