Missing best Sellers box in Smart Theme

Hi

Have been working on the smart theme V9. One thing I have noticed is that I am missing the best sellers box from the right side (although link in left nav box)

I have gone to Library>Layouts>Page Areas to make sure that the sidebar best sellers list is selected in the Use Fixed Layout Code but still no box

Shall I reset all best seller related variables to factory settings to see if that does it or am I going to the wrong place?

You can select the right column on the design tab and insert layout to just add it back in yourself.
