Search Results Layout

Dear All

Apologies if this has already been asked (I thought it had but after an hour and a half of searching I cant find it). I'm looking to get some info on the possibilities around formatting the layout of the search results. (Try entering 'rollerblade' in the search bar on the home page: http://www.skatewarehouse.co.uk/index.html)

With our current search results we end up with a long list of results which has to be scrolled through. Is there a way and if so what would we need to do to get it in columns to make better use of the space (like we do with our section layout http://www.skatewarehouse.co.uk/acat...ka_boards.html)
