Fragment Image Layout - MIA

Can some one check for me as to which one is right, i have a site on another PC and have been creating some custom fragments and they are not displaying, upon investigation i find that one copy of actinic has

Fragment image layout
Fragment layout

under the fragment layout tab

the other only has

Fragment layout.

Unfortunately its the one with both options that is working, i have attached a couple of images to help explain

I've got "Fragment Layout" and "AltTag"

I think the "Alt Tag" comes from the Lightbox Plug In though...
