Illusive BR's

OK this is driving me nuts and am hoping one of you experienced designers have a clue.

This page has massive amounts of white space at the top. It only seems to happen when there is no section, it is just products.

Now i have looked everywhere but obviously not in the right places. does anyone have any idea where these br's are coming from?

OK got them

They were hiding in the stand discounts layout? weird if you ask me, only 2 but actinic managed to turn this into 4 but why they show god only knows
