Email address on check out not required

I appear to have managed to make the email address on the check out page to be shown in black and not red with a *

eg. it is shown as Email Address: and not Email Address: * as the other required fields are.

This is confusing my customers (and me!). When you try to continue the message at the top still shows Email address is required for delivery notification.

Have tried searching for the answer but no success. Any help would be gratefully received!

Reverting the Checkout area layout(s) to factory settings is a first step.

I have tried that - did not appear to change anything.

Not in front of an Actinic machine at the moment but I seem to remember that this is in Design-Text.

Hi,

Try reverting the 'Invoice Email' layout back to factory settings (Design | Library | Layouts | Checkout Prompt group).
