Demoting Out of Stock SPP Sections to Bottom

Hey guys,

I'm not certain that this is going to be possible, but I thought I'd field the question anyway.

I was hoping that I could get Actinic to move any section (SPP) that is "Out of Stock" to the bottom of the page.

Obviously I could, and will probably, do it manually, but for simplicity and ease it would be great if I could automate it.

I thought that I could use the "IsOutOfStockShown" variable somehow within the list settings, but unsure how to implement it.

Here's an example page

I know there are a few products at the bottom that aren't SPP, but I'm slowly getting there

I doubt restructuring a page frequently would be very good for SEO.

Thanks for that. I'd not thought about the SEO implications actually. I was just thinking it would be better is customers were presented with stocked items first.

Nothing to stop you going halfway house and showing stock levels on the section listing page.

why dont you use javascript to move the elements to the bottom?

you could put your target div at the bottom of your products, and then use the dom to move the content.

this way, your SEO would be unaffected.
