    PSP bounce page

    Hi

Not sure if i should ask this here or in payments.

I am trying to test out protx and think I have everything entered correctly. The problem is, when it gets to the checkout stage with the option to click next to go to the psp, the page is out of alignment wityh my central column, with the next button over the thrird column and unclickable.

any idea how i can fix this?

    Thanks

There is a html template for each PSP, you will need to open up this. You do this outside of actinic and it is located in the OCC folder for your site.

      Thanks for the reply.

Should I open it in dreamweaver to edit as thats what I use to design?

If so, how do I change it to fit a width of around 440 pixels?

I open mine in DW yes, that will be fine. Notepad would be equally as good. Changing it to fit your width is just basic html skills, although these pages are historically coded in a hideous manner, so you may need to play around a few times until you get it right. There are a host of spaces IIRC, remove some of them, upload and test it.

I daresay you could completely recode the page, i have never tried myself though.

I guess the content inside it is larger that your 440px, so doesn't matter what you set as the table size because it is expanding to suit the content inside. As i said previously, have a look at the spaces inside and reduce those.
