Variable Help Needed V9

Hi,
I've been trying to create a variable with not much success. I'm not grasping something here. I've read the tutorials and still doing something wrong

Using The coporation theme V9

What I'm trying to accomplish is where the company logo image is, I want a different one at the top of each section with a different alt tag. Could somebody please email me some detailed instructions on how to accomplish this? It would be very much appreciated. I've spent a number of hours on this.

Then swap the StoreName variable in the Standard Company Logo Image layout for your new alt variable.

To create a new variable, you should read:

Help > Understanding Variables > Adding a new variable

Thanks Bentley! I must have explained it wrong in the beginning because it wasn't as hard to do this as it was made out to be. The if-blocks weren't needed.
