Index.html and bet sellers/new products

Hello, this is probably going to seem a really stupid question with a smiple answer, however i can't find the answer

On my index page http://www.misterstep.co.uk i can only get it to show best sellers and new products, even though i have two fragments in the design.

Any help greatly appreciated.

What layout have you selected for them?
Do they show if you diable BS and NP?

Sounds like the layout selector is not in the layout.
Check that <actinic:variable name="BrochureFragmentList" /> (BrochureFragmentList) is in the Standrad Brochure Page Bulk layout.

Just checked the code and brochurefragment list is in there.
Tried changing to ca uple of other layouts as well to be sure and they have the same problem

You have the FragmentLayout missing from the list layout (standard brochure fragment list) I suspect. Provide a screenshot of that.

There's your answer then as suspected, start to type the pink text i mentioned (actinic will complete it for you), underneath the orange underlined link and all will be fine.

Cool, i'll be in touch for a discount code for a shed shortly , mine was acidentally lifted onto a bonfire last year and my garage is full of gardening crap at the moment which is driving me bonkers.

Haven't tried upgrading the cabins site yet into version 9 bussiness (still set in v7 catalog), tried with the other stairs site and it just went horribly wrong, to much tinkering with original layouts.

If you are moving up from v7, it is widely considered much better practice to start afresh. V7 sites unless bog standard don't fair too well on the upgrade and even if they do, some really crap code is inherited. Go fresh design in V9 and get rid of your cgi-bin linking for improved SEO, in fact scrap the smart theme altogether, there is much better now in V9 and you also have the design wizard.
