Need help locating a variable

I'm going round in circles here, please assist.

V9 - Design Tab - Add to Cart Confirmation (and all cart pages).
There is a variable '<actinic:variable name="CheckoutEM"/>' that controls the background colour and I cannot seem to find it anywhere. It's referred to in the stylesheet as well;

.cartheading {
background-color: <actinic:variable name="CheckoutEM" />;
font-weight: bold;
}

I set this up in V7 and upgraded and have lost the thread entirely.
