Can this Still be Done?

I'm using the contemporary template V9.

You use to be able to change a line of code in version 7 which would automatically take your page names for the page title. I can fill the page titles in but it still puts the company name in the main catalog page, sitemap, terms etc... Can a line of code be changed in version 9 to accomplish this?
