Wrong products added to cart...

Hi,

I'm having a problem with my store, i have customised a product layout (originally from a designer who now cant resolve the problem) and now when customers add products from a section it adds a different item from the one chosen. i have been on to actinc support who seemed to have fixed it but i've had no luck replicating it my end.

Strangly if you go through to the extended info page it will add the correct item to cart.

I dont want to roll back to a pervious backup as i like the new layout, if only it worked correctly!

It seems to be working correctly at product level, but not at it's parent section... It suggests the productID needs looking at, but the problem doesn't seem to be affecting all items.

Are you definately using the same section layout for every item?

I'd start by checking the layout selected in a problem section/product and compare that to the layouts selected in an item that's working as normal.
