You need to be adding the font size to

a.product_section:link {
color: #000000;
text-decoration: none;
}

a.product_section:hover {
color: #003300;
text-decoration: none;
}

a.product_section:link {
color: #000000;
text-decoration: none;
}

a.product_section:hover {
color: #003300;
text-decoration: none;
}
