Contact us form (v9)

Can anyone point me in the direction of some info about setting up a contact us form on my website?
I have seen mention of one, and an article on how to update it, but not an article on how to generate one to start with.


Also, is it fairly spam-safe?

The Contact Us page is standard in Actinic. You should be able to see it online if you use a URL similar to:
http://www.MyDomain.co.uk/cgi-bin/mf...CTION=SHOWFORM
depending on what your script id is.

Oh right, that's interesting. It already seems to have been modified for use at some point.
Is there a way of editing the page it uses through Actinic?
Ideally I need the Contct Us form on the same page as some FAQ's and information...
