Fragments in sections

How-do all

Going great guns with the website, but have struck on a little problem.

I'm using SPP and want a section with a blurb of text at the top followed by my sub-section links (each of which having their own product).

So, I added a fragment but the fragment doesn't seem to be able to be moved above any section links.

Is there another way?

So, the first image is a section link. It's followed by text from the fragment which is, in turn, followed by duplicate products I have yet to add sections for (you can't copy those as duplicates )

What I'd like is for the text to appear above the section link.

Any ideas?

Switch the top and bottom sub section list layouts to be the other way round in site options.
