Rotate Product Listings

Not sure if this is possible

Is there any way to get the product in the section to rotate so that the first product is different every time someone visits the section

There's certainly not a standard function and i don't recall ever hearing it having been done. I guess the closest would be Norman's sorting tools where you can order by price or name etc. It could probably be coded for you, but you'd need to dig deep. To a certain extent it goes against standard convention too, your most popular, best selling and promotional products should all take precedence over something random.
