Can the best seller layout be used on all sections / products?

I really like the look of my homepage best seller layout, I am not so happy with the SPP layout through my site. Has anyone ever changed the Best Seller layout to work through the site?

You'd do it the other way round, you'd change the section link layout currently being used so that it uses the same styling (html and css) as the best sellers layouts. Remember everything like this in actinic is styled as part of a template specifically for that area, so if you want a few areas to all do the same, then you simply get the templates that do the styling for those areas to use the same styling.

You'll need to understand both the list layout in place and the layout, collectively they create the look you have.

Why not simply include the layout for the best sellers list in the bottom of the section list / product list layouts? There is code in the KB for restricting the best sellers / new arrivals so you could have say only products 1-4 on the rest of the site an all 10 on the homepage.
