Flash - how to create a slideshow easily..

Apologies firstly as I know this comes up from time to time, I have trawled the posts and cant see a definitive method to do this and whether it is wise for SEO.

Is there a straightforward way to put a simple slideshow of my own images on the homepage?

Would this slow the site down - this seems to be more important now Google is watching site loading times

looks fine, I would prefer it even simpler with no text links or scrolling menu.

Im guessing I need to create a file of the images in additional files?

It would be nice to see a simple one in the knowledge base

Re page load - You have to decide if you are building for customers or google....

but TBH your index page is so busy already I'd have thought adding a rolling image was overkill.

if you do want to do it - look at free javascripts to roll-over a few images.

Thanks Jo - good point, I will look at the homepage and maybe tidy it up a little first.
