I am looking for how to edit the highlighted section on the image below. I cant find it within any layout. It is generated when a user tries to add a product that is out of stock to their shooping carts.

The top message is coming from Design > Text > Web Site > HTML

the bottom message (and variations of) can be found in Design > Text > Web Site > Misc. tab

You can do a search in Design > Text to locate any/all of these
