Dreamweaver and v9

I have just installed cs3 and i have v9 actinic designer.
can someone please tell me how to open an inner layout in dreamweaver?
Is this possible or can you only design new ones with cs3?

Select the design tab within actinic and you should see the option, although don't bother, just use the design tab in actinic, so much easier. Use DW for outer layout design and registering and css, that's it IMO.
