Can I regenerate my Dreamweaver external design?

I've just come back to a site after a very long absence and although I have been able to import the site into Actinic from an old .acd snapshot, I can't find the external design file that I created using Dreamweaver 8. Is there any way that I can regenerate the Dreamweaver file from the Actinic 8 site?

It's in the Web page outer group in the design library. Towards the bottom, forget the exact name but something like that, probably called externaldesign.
