By default the Invoice Address and Delivery Address Fields are slightly different in that the Delivery Address fields include a drop down list for state/province and a text box for Country. These are in addition to the text box for state/province and drop down list for Country. This makes the delivery form uncomfortably tight and a little confusing. These fields disappear when the United Kingdom is chosen in the Delivery drop down list.
However, is it possible to literally "clone" the Invoice fields so that the requested information is identical under Delivery Address?
I have been wrestling with this for some time but have now reverted to factory settings in despair.
