Theme Template : Adapt for Actinic

Say for example I'm happy with a template which could be purchased from an online portal in a CSS/HTML format, is it possible to incorporate that design into Actinic and who out there could do this for a fee... what's your fee?

It's certainly possible. Most Actinic accredited designers could do this for you, including myself.
