Silver Theme two sidebars V10

Can anyone help explaining how to get two sidebars in silver theme?

I want this: http://www.avrmobiles.co.uk/

Layout with two sidebars.

Being frank: Im not after an answer saying you need to do this with css, and change image sizes etc as this is not explaining.

Can i do it with settings at all in actinic?
If not any detailed help would be great.

No, it requires CSS changes on that theme.

Avrmobiles is a client of mine. As Louise says you will need knowledge of css and html to be able to add the additional column.

You can use FireFox and Firebug to see what was done on the Avrmobiles site.
