Payment method order in Checkout

There is a way of defining the order the payment methods appear in the checkout.
It is in one of the scripts and the options are all there but only one is un-hashed. You simply un-hash the one you want and has the one you don't.
I have done it before but cannot remember where the relevant script is!
Searching the forum yields nothing which is odd as I am pretty sure it is in here somewhere.
Please can anyone remember and help?

Don't you just go into Settings > Business Settings > Payment and Security and move the payment methods up and down the list using the arrows just to the right of them?

It is the order of shipping that has the options in the shipping script, I mis-remembered.
OK we will try changing in Business Settings...

I stopped worrying about where my marbles went some years ago!

@Goz: In Sellerdeck 16.07 it doesn't work like this. I changed the position for PayPal in the list in the Business Settings, but it automatically selecting PayPay over CreditCard. Any other solution?

Also 'Fallback' should make it always selected
