PDFs for logged in users

Hi,
I am looking to have PDFs on my site in with my products for customers to download eg Special Offer sheets, Product Lists, etc but I only want logged in customers to be able to access them.
Id normally use the tags <Actinic:NOTINB2B><!--</Actinic:NOTINB2B> <Actinic:NOTINB2B>--></Actinic:NOTINB2B>

but cannot get the to work and I am unsure where to put them.

Thats what I have in my code but it is displaying the text when users are not logged in

I have created a fragment in my product list and put this code into it, if I do it on an actual product it works but on the fragment it doesnt

Code put into descriptions needs !!< and >!! around it to work properly. Se the Help re Embedded HTML.
