Price Different with Filtering

I have the price layout set to tax inclusive price, and this works fine, except when using filtering, where the price is coming up as the tax exclusive price, and changes to tax inclusive when you click on the product to gets its own page. Does anyone know where/how I can change this so both are tax inclusive?

Filtering uses search settings, go to Settings and Site Options change Use Tax Inclusive Prices For Online Search.
