Does anyone know where I can find the "actinicsearch.js" file.

In the site folder for the site you are working on. Usually in My Documents.

You should find it around here:
...\Users\MyUser\Documents\SellerDeck 2013\Sites\MySite

Make sure you have file type selected so it is showing everything, i suspect you are using notepad but only trying to open notepad files for instance.
