I am fairly new to all this, I want my websites design to change I have seen others which look much more up to date
Is it just the design I need to change or the theme?

I like the layout of www.nodandawink.com

Is this possible?

Actinic has rebranded to SellerDeck Desktop and Actinic is now an Online product only. The site you like the layoyut of is an Actinic Online site not a SellerDeck Desktop (Older Actinic) site.

You can either explore the latest themes available in SellerDeck (or Actinic v11 that you have) or approach a designer to create you a bespoke design with your own specific layouts requirements.

Backup your current deisgn before changing any themes, preferably try the themes out on a separate computer so as not to interfere wit hyour running store.

It is most definiately possible to create pretty much any design within SellerDeck, but it takes imagery, design and integration into the SellerDeck software to achieve a polished result.

As Ian says, you can do pretty much what you want with the SellerDeck theme to make it look how you want.
