Cleared payment stuck in pending

Dear Brains of britain on the forum,
Please help a damsel in distress. I've got an order that has been authorised by the customers PSP but it's stuck in pending and I don;t know how to process it so i get paid! Worldpay say that the order has processed at their end and been authorised and suggest I contact Actinic to try and get this order out of pending. However all the Acinic support bods don't work at the weekend and I'd like to get it resolved ASAP.
Does anyone know what I need to do to sort this out?

Rachel add a manual entry to the order

open the order, click on the payment tab, then click view order and new payment.
