Have read through all the threads but not come across the solution to the Paypal Pro 'name not provided' thing. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks Bruce but Jason has responded to me on this:
The situation that you describe is in fact the default functionality of actinic.
This has been raised by a number of others; there are several forums on the subject in the community.

Unfortunately actinic does not pass any additional information to pay pal.
We are looking at ways of improving this within the future, although I am unable to quote an expected date of implementation.
