I tried last night to change my Protx from authenticate to Deferred and came in the office today to disaster
Lots of errors saying deferred not accepted
Phoned Protx and informed you need to apply to them for deferred to work, noone told me this before, did not have to phone anyone to change from Preauthorise to authenticate so not expecting this problem
Anyway changed as we spoke no great problem, but lucky I changed on a sunday night rather than on Friday night, then I would have been pissed off chasing a whole weekends customers for money
