Letter from bank re: Protx

Since this 3D secure stuff I've never received an email payment confirmation - I haven't changed anything except tick the bloomin' 3D secure box?

I've not touch V8 either

I neither get any email Payment Failure now......................?

Then I get a letter from my bank asking me to ask Protx to see if 3D secure is active on the Protx side as my bank says they do not receive information to say it is......WTF?

What the heck am I meant to do about it and sort this miss mash out - I pay my £23.50 a month - I'm no tecky bod

Errrm maybe look at the payments and it will tell you if it is 3d secure, if it is then tell them it is

I always vote with my feet - checkout HSBC and see if it will work for you.
