PROTX Order Confirmations - customers bought items not listed

Hi,

I have recently set up my website to accept pay pal (www.reelsndeals.com). I had previously set it up so that I get a copy of the customer e-mail each time an order is placed. For some reason I do not receive copies of the e-mail for Pay Pal orders, although I still receive them for card payment orders...? Can anyone help.....?

a quick read of the paypal sticky at the top of this thread might help you to check if you have set everything up correctly


i have the same problem did you find a siolution ?
