Setting up paypal Payments Standard

Apologies if this has been asked before. I am trying to set up PayPal on Actinic Catalog and it asks for Merchant ID. Can anyone tell me where I would find the Merchant ID?

Paypal would give it you when you use their service, usually your email address.
