I've recently integrated PROTX with a client's online shop, and I am in the final stages of testing it through (both Actinic and the PROTX VSP are still in test mode).
The problem I am having is that when I put the card details in, and submit them for processing, I am getting an error saying "The Authorisation has been declined by the bank. Please try a different card.". The transactions show up in the VSP Administration panel as failed (noticably it says CV2, PC and Address shown has not been provided). Could it be because the account is in test mode? Or does the bank successfully authorise PROTX Test transactions, just doesn't charge for them?
Any suggestions of where I can go from here would be greatfully appreciated.
