Switching from Test to Production mode in Protx causes an invalid error

    Hi everybody,

I have been testing Protx recently on a clients website (http://www.goodwineonline.co.uk/acatalog), we managed to set up Protx correctly and managed to get it working in test mode, and it has been completely tested and working.

However, we rang Protx today to put the VSP live, which they apparently have on reciept of an e-mail which was sent by the client. However, when we switch Protx to production mode and try to place an order, the following appears

    --------------

This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to redirect you back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

    Status: INVALID

Status Detail: 5005 : The Vendor configuration is missing or invalid.

    --------------

Is this a problem at our end or Protx's end? We're sure we've put in the right Encryption key, and they said they would activate the account instantaneously.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

    Grant,

The error is because you are still in Test mode with PROTX, please call them and ask them to make sure you have been put into production mode.
