We have setup a new payoffline account and attempted to setup in actinic.
We have upgraded to V8.0.2 but payoffline does not appear in the payment types.

The version you are using is way out of date - get the latest from the Actinic website

I have downloaded it and updated the software.
It is the most uptodate and it does not appear in the menu.

I am not sure as to what is causing it not to appear. I have the latest version and can see the option. I would suggest reinstalling the version, else if you have the 'PSP Setup.exe' file for v8.5.2, reinstall the PSPSetup alone and then let us know if it appears, should be the last one on the list.

Cheers just tried the upgrade rather than the patch and still the same unfortunatly.

Where would I be able to source the 'PSP Setup.exe' file for v8.5.2.

If you download the latest v852 and open it in winzip (rather than running it as normal) then you will see the PSPSetup.exe file there.
