Order But NO Payment.?!!

I have been using our actinic shop and hsbc for about 10month now, But today,

I have downloaded the orders this morning to find:

I have had an order download saying that payment has been received (ie downloaded in to pending and completed) But no payment matches up or order number.

What is going on??

PSP Orders without payment will go into the PSP-pending tab.

HSBC had some problems over the weekend. See the 'Any other business' section.
