HSBC: Must customers enter their address twice?

Hi

I have just set up my site to use HSBC ePayments (http://www.wineroom.co.uk). Currently, customers have to enter their address on the checkout page on my site before being transferred to HSBC where they then have to enter their address again.

Is there any way round this or must customers enter their address twice?
